Extrinsic Asthma Cure
Asthma is usually controlled by taking medicine but the best way of dealing with it is to avoid and remove the things in your environment that trigger the attacks in the first place. The list of things to avoid is peculiar to each individual but can include all or some of the following. Cigarette smoke or smoking, chest infections, chemicals, pet fur, aspirin, dust mites, stress and anxiety, laughing or crying, to name but a few.
If you are aware of these and they cause an episode of asthma then avoidance where possible would improve your general health. In major cities where air pollution is always a problem, avoid breathing in the polluted air by using dehumidifiers or air conditioning.
Try to improve your diet, as many foods are known to trigger extrinsic asthma attacks such as, eggs, milk and seafood. Also avoid foods high in additives. Learn which foods cause triggers and avoid them. Drink plenty of water as this dilutes excessive mucus.
