Asthma Bronchial Treatment

Bronchial asthma is another name for asthma. Most common symptoms are a feeling of tightness in the chest, wheezing, coughing (mainly at night), difficulty in breathing or shortness of breath.

The triggers of asthma are many and all or some of the following can be a factor:

Smoke inhalation or smoking

Colds, flu, or pneumonia

Strenuous exercise

Allergens, for example food, mold, dust mites

Air pollution

Extreme changes in weather

Food additives

Emotional stress or anxiety

Perfumes

Acid reflux

Drugs such as aspirin

You will becomes aware after consulting your healthcare professional and living with asthma, what situations trigger the attacks, and the best way to lead as normal a life as possible is to avoid, where possible those situations.

Keep your stress levels to an absolute minimum, quit smoking or avoid situations where you breathe in other people’s smoke. Take up some sort of mild exercise, for example swimming. If pet allergens are a factor, does not keep pets indoors. Certain types of food can cause attacks so change your diet and eat sensibly.

The important thing to remember is that is possible to live and have a good quality of life if you suffer from asthma but the secret is to change your lifestyle accordingly and respect your asthma.
